Are the results reliable?

We label each result as a potential match and link its source, so you can verify it yourself. Some matches are strong, some weak, we never claim certainty we can't back up.

What if I find nothing?

No match is also useful information, it means we didn't find that photo elsewhere on the public web we searched. It doesn't prove the person is genuine, so keep using your judgment.

Can I check just a username, with no photo?

Yes, name and username lookups find public profiles and mentions. A photo gives the strongest result, but it's optional.

What do you do with the photo I upload?

It's used only to run the check, then it isn't stored. It never enters our index, and we don't sell your searches.
